Clinical Director
Position Responsibilities:
-Review case records
-Evaluate performance on staff members, and recommend indicated action
-Conduct intakes and clinical evaluations for all new consumer referrals
-Provide training, motivation, goal setting and supervision to nurse practitioners, therapists, and counselors
-Provide on-call support to both field and administrative staff
Qualifications:
-Graduate of a college or university with a Masters Degree in Human Service field an be licensed as a (LCSW or LPC)
-Graduate of a college or university with a Bachelors Degree in Human Service field and be licensed as a (LCSW or LPC)
-Have at least two years experience working with children and adults in the mental health rehabilitation and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Therapist (Intensive In-home)
Position Responsibilities:
-Provides treatment and restorative interventions to children and adolescents who are transitioning from out of home placements
-Coordination and oversight of initial and ongoing assessment activities
-Initial development and on-going revision of the Person Centered Plan (PCP)
-Monitor implementation of PCP and other case management functions of linking and referring
Qualifications:
-Must be a Licensed Professional
-Graduate of a college or university with a Masters Degree in the human service field or graduate of a college or university with a Bachelors Degree in the human service field
